Due to the mystery nature of Veil Pulls, Intuitive Picks, and Mystery Boxes, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

We will review each situation individually and work to resolve issues involving shipping damage or incorrect orders.

Hollowveil Archives is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances outside of our control.
